The U.S. Open welcomed fans back for the first time since 2019 with Day One underway in Flushing Meadows, Queens. To capture the action, aerial system cameras span high above the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center to give audiences a bird’s eye play-by-play of the matches.
McLaren’s entertainment engineers reviewed the 100 ft. tall temporary tower at one end of the complex and the tower extension on an existing light pole on other end that connect by cables to support the camera system, enabling it to zip across for aerial footage.
