McLaren Helped Albany, NY Win
Grant To Redevelop Downtown

The City of Albany, NY recently won a $10 million state grant to redevelop a portion of its downtown. McLaren’s Albany office is pleased to have helped contribute and invest in this effort, providing an engineering feasibility analysis, cost estimating, and a conceptual streetscape design layout for a development called C³ at Clinton Square. The C³ concept will serve as a new three-season shipping container market that will provide local produce and goods, and small business space.
