Roof Inspection

McLaren recently inspected the glass and glazing and structural framing for the custom elliptical glass roof structure at the Dockland Light Rail (DLR) Canary Wharf station in London, England. This was part of an on-going program that McLaren has been supporting for nearly 30 years. McLaren engineered the roof structure back in the 1990’s. This inspection required rope-access climbing by McLaren staff along with the assistance of a 220-foot boom truck. The on-going and rigorous inspection program has helped maintain this iconic structure’s integrity and appearance.
