Georgia SE (Structural Engineers) At Work

As January 2021, Georgia has passed into law new engineering rules mandating that any plans for “Designated Structures” must be signed and sealed by a licensed Professional Structural Engineer (SE).

Regional Director, Andrew Habel, PE, SE, recently obtained his Georgia SE and renewed PE, along with our GA Regional director Brian Moody PE. The team has been behind structural engineering projects throughout the State, including the structural design review of shop drawings and calculations for the glass canopy structure at the Suntrust Plaza, structural beam inspections at Studioplex, and structural design of support framing for Live! At the Battery in Atlanta.
