New Year, New Project Updates

One Times Square
Redevelopment Progress

As the world gears up to welcome 2025, our Construction Engineering team has been hard at work on the ongoing redevelopment of One Times Square, the iconic home of NYC’s New Year’s Eve Ball Drop.

From detailed design work to on-site coordination, our team continues to provide behind-the-scenes engineering expertise, ensuring every element of construction is safe, precise, and efficient. One Times Square’s $500 million redevelopment includes plans for a visitor center, museum experiences, interactive brand installations, and a viewing deck—set to open in 2025. But for now, it’s all about making sure this legendary landmark is ready to shine as the centerpiece of this year’s global New Year’s Eve celebration.

Check out our progress photos and stay tuned as we continue to build the foundation for unforgettable moments in the heart of Times Square!
