Multifamily Capstone Award

Two Light, a 500,000 square-foot mixed-use building in downtown Kansas City, Missouri has been awarded a 2019 Capstone Award in the Multifamily category! McLaren provided full-service structural engineering design services for The Cordish Companies’ $120 million Two Light Luxury Apartments. Formerly a surface parking lot, the new 24-story glass tower includes 296 residential units with floor-to-ceiling windows, 20,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and 20,000 square feet of amenities including an outdoor landscaped terrace, two infinity pools and indoor co-working space.
