Work at the Wills Wharf building reached a new milestone last week as local leaders and developers celebrated, nearing 12-floors, at the ‘topping out’ ceremony! Uniquely positioned in Baltimore, Maryland’s up-and-coming Harbor Point neighborhood, Wills Wharf is a mixed-use building offering more than 330,000 square feet of premiere office, retail, and hotel space for the Canopy by Hilton. McLaren completed various survey work (e.g. stake out, as-builts, ALTA Surveys, horizontal land condominium plats amendments, etc.) for the new high-rise building that offers unparalleled waterfront views.
