Challenged with making unprecedented and often difficult business decisions during the coronavirus pandemic, Billig applied his analytical abilities to balance long-term business needs with his employees’ welfare. His initiatives included reevaluating divisional projections, cross-training staff and taking unconventional approaches in evaluating new opportunities.
