McLaren Engineering Group provided control survey services for the 67-story mixed-use residential and commercial high-rise tower located in the financial district of New York City, at 118 Fulton Street.

McLaren supplied a new building base survey control for construction surveying services while providing a full review and quality check of boundary and base lines. Crane plumbness certifications, floor flatness surveys, floor vibration analysis, grid surveying, and construction line and grade were also provided.
