Camden Lake Eola Apartments LGMF

Convenience meets style at Camden Lake Eola Apartments, a mixed-use luxury building located in the walkable Thornton Park District at 520 E Church Street, Orlando, Florida. The multifamily mid-rise is decorated in LGMF (light gage metal framing) architectural details and offers residents a 7th-floor saltwater swimming pool, poolside patio bar, grilling pavilion, outdoor fire pit and lounge, gym, parking garage, and retail.

The one, two, and three-bedroom open-concept residential apartment homes are surrounded by the Arts District and just two blocks from Lake Eola.

LGMF Engineer

McLaren worked on the light gage metal framing that helped shape this dynamic complex.

From architectural details like the pilaster and storefront canopy framing, to parapet and multi-story signage wall framing, our team provided structural engineering support and acted as one of the two cold-formed steel delegated structural engineers for the 14-story residential mid-rise. Additionally, we worked with the contractor to provide field support to address as-built conditions at LGMF locations to help make Camden Lake Eola a success.
