River Pointe Apartments Structural Engineering

Working with Papp Architects, McLaren’s structural engineering team secured the multi-building development project, River Pointe Apartments. This Ohio project is on a 27-acre parcel in the Village of Batavia, in Clermont County. The campus development will include the construction of eight residential buildings and three supporting buildings. Standing from three to six stories, the residential structures will utilize cold-form steel (CFS) bearing walls, with a lightweight composite bar joist floor system.

Throughout the project, our structural engineering team will provide schematic design, design development, construction drawings, and ground improvement consulting.
