The Hyatt Regency Hotel in Old Greenwich, Connecticut, underwent a $40 million renovation, where our structural engineering team collaborated closely with construction teams to achieve a seamless modernization of this iconic space, including a complete redesign of the hotel’s stunning atrium.
We developed design solutions to modernize the existing ramps, stairs, and various lighting and feature attachments throughout. Additionally, the new atrium includes all the necessary structural modifications to support the updated layout and architectural elements.
This project has refreshed the hotel’s hospitality space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that greets guests as they enter the beautifully reimagined setting.
