McLaren performed a feasibility study on the area and developed a solution that allowed the flow to be split between the existing 36-inch diameter drain and a 48-inch diameter drain, eventually discharging north of Rockland Lake Road.

McLaren has extensive experience in conducting FEMA/Flood Plain Impact Studies to evaluate flood risks and inform floodplain management strategies.
