Water + Wastewater Infrastructure Studies
In addition to our comprehensive inspection and design services, we specialize in conducting a variety of studies essential for effective water and wastewater management. Our team is adept at performing water quality monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and to safeguard public health.
Furthermore, we excel in conducting hydrologic and hydraulic studies to analyze the behavior of water systems and assess their hydraulic performance. These studies involve sophisticated modeling techniques to simulate various hydrological conditions and hydraulic scenarios, enabling us to optimize system design and operation for efficiency and resilience.
Water Study at Quaspeck Park
McLaren performed a feasibility study on the area and developed a solution that allowed the flow to be split between the existing 36-inch diameter drain and a 48-inch diameter drain, eventually discharging north of Rockland Lake Road.
McLaren has extensive experience in conducting FEMA/Flood Plain Impact Studies to evaluate flood risks and inform floodplain management strategies. Our team utilizes advanced modeling tools and data analysis methods to assess flood hazards, quantify potential impacts, and develop mitigation measures to enhance community resilience against flooding events.
Through our comprehensive studies, we provide municipalities and agencies with valuable insights and actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making and effective water resource management.
